Is there an official route set out yet?

If not, when and where can I get this info?

    Muchas gracias.

It starts on Mail Coach Road going towards the Cathedral, then across to Wine Street, up past the Glasshouse over the bridge, carrying up to Connaughton Road, down then to Bridge Street and finishes up on Pearse Road.

It has always been (traditionally) a midday start.

Parade starts at 12 as theQ47 says, road closures between 11.30 and 2pm.

The parade in Grange is as 2pm, don't know about anywhere else.

Ballymote parade at 3:30p.m., starts at the RC church car park, ends up at Keenaghan Cross, reviewing stand at (I think) top of the rock.
