    Hi,

    Looking for some advice here...
I sell direct to the public through my website which is Irish based and uses a € PayPal account.
I have recently started selling to the UK and have placed second PayPal Buy Now buttons on the site which have a different post and packaging rate associated with them but are still linked to the € account.

I have also placed a currency converter on the pages to allow the UK customers to calculate the cost in GBP.

My question is this though, do you think UK customers may be put off by prices displayed in € and would rather see prices in GBP?
Doing this would involve creating a second PayPal account in GBP and then paying bank charges to convert to € on withdrawal from PayPal to bank a/c

Site is only live a couple of months and my Google Adwords campaign directed to the UK is only active a little over 1 week.
UK orders are arriving but at a rate of approx 5% to 10% of UK visitors to site.

    Any opinions?

I have dealt in the UK for over 10 years and found the easiest option is to bill them in sterling, a lot can only seem to think in sterling and the euro is "holiday money". Look at it from your own perspective if you were buying overseas would you prefer to see the price you will actually pay (€) or the local currency?
