Ebay product dispatch question..

    Just wondering if anyone can give me some idea if I have anything to be worried about regarding a recent purchase...


    I bought a pair of shoes on Ebay 5 days ago and the item still hasn't been marked as dispatched, whereas a few other things I bought afterwards arrived today. I sent the seller a message earlier today asking if the product had been dispatched, but as of yet, no reply.

    How long should a seller take to dispatch an item after it's been paid for - is more than 5 days normal :confused:

    Most sellers don't mark as dispatched, even when it is sent, so I wouldn't pay any attention to that. If you get no reply within about 24 hours, then start a dispute.

    Ah ok. I'm fairly new to Ebay, only having bought about a dozen or so items and every other seller has marked the items as dispatched, so this one was worrying me.

    I'll wait and see if she replies tomorrow. Cheers.

    Read the listing eBay page again under the tab ' postage and payments . - here it should say the processing/dispatch time :

    This is what my listing says anyway :
    Will usually dispatch within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment

    So if you bought an item from me after 5.30pm last Friday , note that today is only the 2nd working day .
