Hey there. We have a 2 1/2 year old in the Charlesland Grove Montessori for exactly that reason - we wanted her to socialise and get to know other children from the area. So far its been great, she absolutely loves it. It's E20 for 3 hours [9.45-12-45]. Only prob I can see for you is that the children have to be 2 1/2, so you might have to wait a couple of months.
Alternatively, there are loads of toddler groups around the area - there's a facebook page with all the info I think.

My little man goes to Puroga, near Superquinn since he was a baby, and am very happy with it. I'm not sure of the price, but I think mornings are 25. They don't have any age restrictions. Good luck.

Funny that about 'Home from Home'. Both my kids go there full time and its the cheapest by far! Must be different for part time.

Absolute Beginners on the Killincarrig Rd (near Donnybrook Fair) is very good too.
