The Rage Run is a cross-country, all terrain, physical and mental challenge. Rage Run invites all shapes and sizes, male and female, young and old, from all fitness levels, to participate.

It is on in the Ballindenisk Eventing Centre, Watergrasshill, minutes from Cork City.

In the team entry can everyone in the team do the full race or is it relay type racing?

The whole team runs the race ... the position of the team is decided by the third placed runner ...

i have been thinking hard on this one,not really a runner or joger but seems to be a great day and fun.

It will be a great day - and the emphasis is definitely on fun ...

The elite runners will charge off on the course, but then the rest of us will go at our own pace enjoying the challenges and the obstacles ...

It would be even better fun - and better value if you could get a team together - two more people?
