As usual, the Library will be closed for the St Patrick’s festivities. All reading rooms will be closed on St Patrick’s Day Saturday 17, Sunday 18 and Bank Holiday Monday 19 March 2012.

The 24-Hour Study Area and the 1937 Reading Room will remain open.

Is there any way to get on campus on Saturday to actually access the 24 hour library if you're not a resident?

Yes; the chief steward emailed yesterday to say there are no changes in access (other than road restrictions due to parade etc).

Just wondering, does anyone know what the seating situation is like in the 24 hour library at the moment? Is it jam packed?
