    Smelly dog problem in Apartment

( Yes dog is allowed by landlord)

Can any one point me in the right directions please.

Smell from a dog coming for next door. What can I do about it? I have complained to management company & the dog is still there. They said court is next step if smell is not fixed.

Any info on past issue or problems that can help would be great.

    Thanks for reading

    Gaz

I presume you have actually spoken to your neighbour about the problem?

    Open a window?
How is the smell getting into your apartment from next door anyway?

Its a small hallway with 4 doors & before the dog moved in there was no smell.

If the management finally bring it too court is it the landlord of the dog owner at fault ?

I hear the girl is on her final warning about the dog. What could she do to get rid of the smell and keep the dog ? I don't want to force her dog to go but she leaves it all day there alone..

    Thanks

She could try washing it once in a while!

If she leaves a dog alone in an apartment all day then the dog doesnt belong there in the first place, and its for the best that she either finds it a new home, or she finds herself somewhere to live that is suitable for the animal.

The girl said she will try find somewhere better for the dog. I am sure the landlord will be down a months rent changing to a new person. Thats life here's to no smelly summer :)

    Thanks all for advice
