.....and was wondering if there is any industrial estate or large quiet car park anywhere around South Dublin where I can let her drive? She has driven in her own country before but is nervous as she has only ever driven a left side car so wants to get some practice. Any help would be great appreciated.

To get the best suggestions, you may need to narrow down 'South Dublin' a bit more. Remember she will need a valid licence from either country to drive legaly in an industrial estate.

Thanks, yes she has a driving license from her own country. Ok anywhere like Tallaght, Rathfarnham, Dundrum, Stillorgan, Dun Laoghaire, Drimnagh, Clondalkin. Anywhere around those areas will do.

Avoid Broomhill for now, the test centre is there and you don't want to get in anyones way on a test. Cookstown can be used and Robinhood / Ballymount.

Western Business Park off the Nangor Road is very quiet I've found.

Nutgrove car park after 9.30PM used to be good for this, Im sure it would still be fine.
