    Anybody doing the Muckno Triathlon Club Duathlon in Annyalla, Co. Monaghan on St Patricks Day? Did it last year and it was a nice season opener. Hope I can improve my time from last year... but considering my shoe fell off the pedal as I was mounting my bike, that should be achievable.

    Entries on Runireland for a 10am start.
