Well as the weather is getting milder it is time to ditch the tights and get back to the short bibs.

I need a new pair after going through a pair of Santini and Endura.

The thing is I am looking for a pair of bibs shorts that have plenty of padding at the front.

The last few pairs I bought have good padding but not a whole lot at the front.

Can anyone suggest a new pair?

For example the Movistar boys have a decent pair here:

    Thanks

Ah lads - Funny jokes aside but I can anyone recommend a decent pair?

The last few I bought had very little padding at the front – I presume others have had similar problems in the past

Why do you need padding at the front?

I was just about to ask that Lumen. I look for shorts with less frontal padding as it just makes things uncomfortable.

It covers things up a bit better. Otherwise things are just a lot more invisible thought just plain Lycra .

Some of the pros have decent pairs with things covered very well on the front.

Decent shorts have a modesty panel in them. Our club gear (orange) has it. Just an extra layer or two of layer that covers bits. No need for uncomfortable padding.

Try bodging together a Lycra modesty panel and then tell everyone it's a sporran. You can then make up a back story of Scottish ancestry.

Just to bring some balance, and for anyone possibly labouring under the misapprehension (as I may have been in my previous post in this thread), that Nick(ki) is a bloke, there are other options out there for the fairer sex;):

On the basis that my moobs are a similar size to her boobs, I am wondering should I get a pair of shorts with that type of strap arrangement:D
