She used to get criticized by Republicans for flying large aircraft when she was Speaker of the House because the smaller air force jets available would have to refuel somewhere between DC and home state of California. She is no longer Speaker of the House so interesting that she would use that aircraft if it is just to collect an award.

Dublin – Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi is leading a Congressional delegation to Ireland to discuss economic recovery, security cooperation, and renewable energy. Last night, Leader Pelosi and the delegation met with Tánaiste Eamon Gilmore, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade.

The delegation will also be meeting with other leaders of the public and private sector while In Ireland, including Taoiseach (Prime Minister) Enda Kenny, Ceann Comhairle (Speaker) Sean Barrett and Members of the Irish Parliament, the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources Patrick Rabbitte, and the American Chamber of Commerce Ireland.

“Our delegation looks forward to continued discussion on the progress of Ireland’s growth and austerity measures, the upcoming referendum on the crucial European Union’s financial treaty, and ongoing security cooperation between the United States and Ireland, including the important use of Shannon Airport by tens of thousands of Americans in uniform,” Leader Pelosi said.

“Ireland is an international leader in renewable energy, and we will hear more on their success creating thousands of jobs through green technology,” continued Leader Pelosi. “We are seeing the potential of large numbers of jobs in private sector green technology.”

Tonight, Leader Pelosi will be presented with the Gold Medal of Honorary Patronage Award by the University Philosophical Society (The Phil) of Trinity College, Dublin. 'airforce one' is used for any fight that the president is on, not any one particular plane

Air force 2 is when the vice President is on board

They have quite a few call signs when the POSTUS is on board.

The following air traffic control callsigns designate aircraft transporting the President:

    Air Force One
    Marine One, the Presidential helicopter
Army One, usually a helicopter. The duty was shared with the United States Marine Corps until 1976, when the latter took on sole responsibility.
Navy One. This designation has been used only once, when in 2003 an S-3 Viking airplane flew then President George W. Bush to the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln.
Coast Guard One. This callsign has not yet been used, although Vice President Joe Biden did fly on Coast Guard Two in 2009.
Executive One, any civil aircraft carrying the President

The aircraft will use a normal callsign associated with the squadron concerned. The USMC HMX-1 helicopters use "Nighthawk", for example, when on non-POTUS flights.
