I got some work done on MrsDerp's car last year, rear quarter panel. Her's was a lot more dented and a little less scratched, but I'd expect the price to be broadly similar, as they have to prime the area, spray and blend regardless. The labour wouldn't be all too different.

I'd expect a quote in the region of 900-1100 for the work, if you want it done right, most of it being labour. That probably sounds shocking for such a small problem area, but we asked for a quote on a divot on the bonnet and it was going to add 6 hours of labour!!!

It sounds expensive, because it is. It would probably be half that in the UK. The prices are jacked up here and insurance companies don't give a damn as the cost is passed on.

To be honest I'd just drive into a couple of bodyshops and ask for a quote. Some places offer a 'cash price', whatever that means

I'd say no more than €200 tops should be less.
