I have a few wall chases to make good & most of a bag of Gyproc patching plaster left over from another small job.

Can I expect a reasonable result if I use it for this purpose ( it's in my own house) or would I be better off getting some bonding?

I've tried a small section & it seems ok (I just wet the wall underneath, maybe I should use PVA?), but just wondered what someone more knowledgeable might think. :)

I allways found bonding finished off with hardwall to give good results.
