Get the 4 or 13 from O'Connell St towards Ballymun/Harristown, the 41 from Irish Life Mall on Abbey St towards Swords or the 16A from O'Connell St towards the airport. Ask the driver to let you off at Northwood - I think the sports surgery is close to the nursing home in the middle.

It is a long walk if you are carrying an injury!

If you are looking for route information, is worth checking www.hittheroad.ie

The sports surgery clinic website doesn't seem to be in use any more and the Northwood Business Campus site is a bit useless.I would phone them and get exact directions.

Northwood is between Santry and Ballymun.
