There seems to be a product for leveling watery dips in flat roofs (ponding areas). Apparently it is a lightweight mortar or cement that displaces about half the weight of the water. I imagine it would need some kind of a coating to seal the area as well. I found this product on a US/Canadian website (Henry Company) and…
