Cooling off period

    I got a phone call from eircom
    About switching back to them
    I was told there was a cooling period of 10 days .
    I took it that it was from when I received the paper work .
    The paperwork dident come untill after 10 days . So I had no number to cancel it or no way of looking over the package in detail .
    After 3 days and a few hours of phone calls I've been informed they have gone ahead and set up an account and taken over my phone " only "
    So I'm liable for a dissconection/penalty charge ?

    Can you private message me with your telephone number, also can you list the numbers, dates and if possible agents you spoke to about cancelling the return to eircom.
