    Hi all,

I've to get an NCT retest done (before the next 10 days ;)) Can anyone tell me from experience where has the shortest wait time? I'm in Dublin but can travel pretty much anywhere to be honest once I get it done.

    Cojack.

Why not just ring them, they'll give you the earliest slot?

They always seem quite happy to hunt around for a convenient date/time when I've rung them.

If it's a retest for a minor fault you just show up on spec and they'll do it ASAP.

If it's a more serious retest, then as said above just ring ahead and you could be given priority?

You could try for a no show if you've got the time, bring book, sambos etc..

Portlaoise OP, 3 to 4 days wait, they're open till 10pm , only 55 mins from Dub on the M7 - straight run.

You have 28 days to book a re-test. not 28 days to complete a retest. book it in for anytime within reason.
