Hi All

Has anyone ever come across a situation where when a user launches the o2.ie website on a computer, that another completely unknown user is already logged in.

Usually the o2.ie sites asks for credentials before logging in on this computer and is doing so again now.

O2 suggested that someone else had access to the computer, but this is not the case.
