    Hi
    We are heading to kinsale in a few weeks with a one year old. Just wondering if any of ye know is there a public pool or somewhere like splash world close ot kinsale that we can take him swimming.
    Or is there an aquarium or anything like that in the area.

    There is a pool in Actons hotel that you can pay by the hour (or by the visit really). There is no Aquarium. Head down the pier at a filling tide and you should see Spartacus the Seal. There are 2 parades on Saturday - one on land and one at sea. It will be a good weekend -there is a treasure hunt, art competition, busking, a spring fair - lots of family stuff.
