Do a search on 'lizard' in this forum. Lots of posts and photos. I've seen a few in the Wicklow Mts. myself.

I have seen lizards up on Kilmashogue Mountain, and on Kippure. I nearly always spot them when I am at the Wicklow Gap too. I remember as a kid we used to always try to catch the poor creatures!!

Where abouts? I know there are some at Red Rock and up the hill between Sheilmartin and the Ben of Howth.

I live near Prosperous in Kildare and have them in my garden:)
Site is surrounded by cutaway bog that is regenerating. I'm expecting to see them running around in the next while as temperature rises. A real treat having them around.

That confirms a sighting for me. My brother was convinced he saw them near Ballinafagh last year. I can tell him he was more than likely right now :).

Cool! I'm about 2km from the lake- had never seen them there myself, so will keep a closer eye out in future:)

My son has just come back from walking the dog to report he saw a lizard on a tree. No phone/camera with him sadly. I`ve never seen one:(
