In or around how much would it cost to get this replaced?
Losing about a litre of gear oil every 6 months so has to be done!

Can it be done in situ? If so maybe 1.5 hrs and the seal?
The drives on Toyotas can be a bitch to get out so a cheap way maybe just to keep topping up?

Thanks for the reply. Was thinking would just topping up be the cheapest way.
seems to only leak after using the car. Was quoted €40 though so think il just go with that. having the bottom of the engine soaked in oil is bothering me too much!
