Kernel upload panic mode on SGS2

After installing 2.3.6 from original firmware my sgs2 occasionally enters into kernel upload panic mode or may go the better part of a day swithing itself from online and offline mode , pliz help tried factory resetting but it didn't work .is there an app that can repair this
