It's pretty rubbish for Ajax (interactive web pages).
    Also very poor for VPN.

Qsat are a "brand new" Reseller. They are not an ISP. They have no background. Does RBS exist just to boost their business.

There isn't capacity on Satellite even adding ALL satellite services together to give 48:1 contention to all that need RBS and NBS and can get no terrestrial.

So as Qsat cannot support Voip and Gaming, does the EU Commission not need to investigate as the clause was to include it? http://ec.europa.eu/eu_law/state_aids/comp-2009/n607-09.pdf

It may work with their own proprietary modded VoIP, but it is completely unsuitable for Skype or proper realtime gaming. Unless of course, by gaming you mean chess?

There is no State Aid yet, and there might not be any.
