ok so basicly ive been waiting for my jsa letter to come through the door to say im accepted or not
got means tested 6 weeks ago
rang up last week about it and the girl said its with the deciding officer it should be their this week ( this week as in monday-friday last week)
it never came
long story short i rang again another girl answerd i explained my situation and she said its on a back log waiting to be processed


how long does it take to be processed on the back log?

Any SWA payments will be deducted from your JSA payment when approved.
