I think these are correct but not fully sure:

    James Coughlan
    Johne Murphy
    Damien Varley
    Aaron Dundon
    Mike Ross

Wasn't D'Arcy a late comer to the sport though I'm not sure if that means he didn't play at lower levels in the sport?

D'arcy made his debut for Ireland at 19. So he basically bypassed the underage system.

Darcy was a superstar in school, irish schools fullback in 97 and 98, Gatland wanted to bring him on tour to SA in 98

Darcy was basically Gatlands first George North!

Yeah Gatland has never been afraid to play youth thats for sure, one of the reasons why I hope he gets the Lions job love to see what uncapped/young players he gives a chance to.

Murray played for the U20s two or three years ago IIRC.
