    Hello to all,

I met a Professor last month to discuss a research project. It's four weeks (next week) since I sent in my CV, transcripts etc. Should I contact him to find out what the status of my application is?

    Thank you.

I would recommend doing so. A gentle reminder after four weeks isn't going to offend anyone, and shows you are still interested.
