Hate to be a bringer to bad news but it seems your Graphic's card is gone.
You would have to ring up sony that is if the laptop is still under warranty.
If it is then they will replace it. If not its going to cost an arm and a leg

Hi there, my laptop warranty has been expired. So where should I go to fix this trouble? Somebody was said to me change the display power options to "Never". but it did not work.

    Thanks for replying.

I would find out how much it would cost to upgrade your warranty and pay for it. Then call support and tell them your having problems with the screen display. Just make sure you have backup of all your data. If you want to check if it is your Graphic card that is having the problem you could connect to your monitor that you have and see if the display comes up on the monitor.

There is few things you could try yourself before diagnosing GPU fault, maybe it's just a screen, inverter or screen cable problem? Has it ever recovered from black screen? did you get any notifiacation then? Is it anyhow related to moving a lid? check different lid positions from alomst closed to wide open.
Have a look under a strong light and an angle if black screen is not just extremaly dark.
