    Strange problem.

The Macbook Air in the household can't connect to the web and I'm stumped.

I'm on an older machine here which is working, the appletv is grand as well. It's common enough that the router has to be reset to re-establish things but it was all working in the morning and the Air was off line when I returned to it in the afternoon.

After mucking around for ages I logged in as the admin and it connected straight awa, and flicked back to the regular user and the web fired up no problem.

Back to square one this morning though.

Thoughts (question mark not working on this machine)

What happens when you try and connect to the network?

it tells me that I'm connected to the wireless.

    I have an IP address.

In network diagnostics i have a green light as far as ISP, but Internet and server are red.

Go into System Prefs > Network and delete the WiFi/Airport connection in the sidebar. Then create a new one and re-enter your network settings.
