First I hope I have this on right forum!!

Looking at a complete revamp of old house. I plan on gutting it and putting laminate/semi solid wood floors over floor boards. So it there any insulating that I do to floor at the same time??? I plan on insulating walls and attic etc but this is my chance to get it right and would opinions and advice. What about flooring??? Budget is tight - of course!

    Thanks
    Z
