River Walkway

    Does anybody know is the river walkway from Powerscourt to the Marina Hotel a public walkway? If it is, why is it blocked off by people living down by the river.

    its a fine walk from powerscourt to sunnybank around 2half-3km thats it ,after that the woods are owned by glanbia estates afaik not a very safe path under foot if you want to continue on that way....
