Painting Window Boards

I have brown PVC windows in my house and I would love to paint the inside windowboards to brighten up the rooms inside. The house is a large rennovated cottage set on a farm with our front wall faced with stone. I would lvoe to paint the indoor windowboard the same colour as you see on old time windows.... Is is 'Sash'…

I haven't come across it in a dulux brochure but was wondering what the colour might be called that I am looking for? Also what type of paint should I get. Previously the windowboards were only varnished so still have their wooden colour!!!!

I would be grateful for some tips please, THanks

Not sure what colour you're refering to. Do you have a photo that you can upload?
