Will I get the grant next year?

I did my leaving cert in 2010, worked for a year, and then came to college this year in sep 2011.

I qualified for the full adjacent rate for this year.

However as I worked fulltime for the majority of 2011, will my grant be affected for september 2012? Does it assess both my income and my parents?

That all depends on how much you earned, and how much your parents earn. I think take all of it into consideration though. So your parents earnings + your own earnings from 2011 need to be under 41,110 to qualify for full. You can find the exact figures of what you may qualify for at citizens information website and the amount which you would be awarded if at all.
