i may be wrong but i think most people looking for a cheap game host use multiplay and you should have fpt access to all your files

I rent VPS's (\Virtual Private Server) And I install minecraft on to them that way, Im currently using www.burstnet.eu to get my vps's. Its cheapest and very easy to set up . If you chosoe to go with them I can help you set up your server if you want
