One of the society staff positions has expired and is up for renewal. DIT want to cut this position and by MONDAY we may end up with reduced society office staff positions. This positions are absolutely vital for being able to handle all the work to enable societies to put on all the events that they do. Can you please take a second out to sign this position ASAP and pass it onto all your class facebook pages etc.

For future reference guys, no advertising is allowed on the forum at all at all, unless you get the permission of a mod first!

    DIT Forum Charter:
No pimping, selling or advertising will be tolerated - unless it has been expressly allowed by a moderator*.

*This includes buying/selling books. Use adverts.ie or put up a poster in college.

That said, I'm gonna allow this, partly cos wolfric contributes to forum and partly cos it's a cause that needs awareness in my opinion!

    Grand_Rajnah,

Thank you for allowing this petition to stand. It is a very important cause and something that cannot continue to happen. Awareness must be raised to show what DIT are trying to do to student services.

Thanks and I hope to see people support this cause

What is a college experience without the ability to participate in society, club and students union activities?

It isn't. It's as simple as that. Only the students of DIT can articulate this, I hope this spreads.
