Does anybody actually work in William Hill's customer service department ?

    Tried to place a bet with them today and was told I had to be put through to their Customer Service department ( a misnomer if there ever was one ! ) on the first attempt I remained on the phone for 15 minutes listening to a recording telling me that my "call was important " to them,
    have made three attempts since and waited for nearly ten minutes each time but still haven't gotten through.
    Are they trying to tell me something ??

    Not just you.
    Got my account suspended yesterday and was in a queue of 32 people waiting for live chat.
    Said I would be waiting just over 30 minutes for someone so didn't bother waiting.

    I cant stress this enough but i opened a account with them about 2 years ago and never in my life have i seen a customer service department so bad and that is saying something.
    Better off to just close your account like i did.

    Their football prices are the reason not to especially now they don't have any shops in Ireland any more. :mad:
