Ireland are 66/1 to win on PP

Do you reckon Bill is betting 1/66th of the price you pay every time :)

Greece were 150/1 in 2004 and were just as boring as Greece so rule nothing out

It's a no brainer for Bill Cullen.
He sells a car which he may or may not have done.
Let's say the cost of the car is €16,500.
BC puts €250 at 66/1 with PP or any other bookie.
Max cost to BC is €250 which is tiny compared to the profit he would make on the sale of the car.
Also helps his case if he sold another 1,000 cars on the back of the promotion.
Just a pity he sells Renault cars and also a pity you couldn't pick your own team in the Euro..

Someone tell the Ireland team about this offer.

    They might play better :pac:

But I doubt any bookie will take on that for every car he sells. Id say he has taken some sort of insurance out on it. Its effectively the same as putting it on with the bookie. The half time crossbar challenges that are sometimes done in rugby have insurance policies.

Or else he knows we wont win.

There are 3/4 people living in it right now run by Denehy Motors and Live 95fm. :D

Paddy Power have a sister company called Airton Risk that do just that. Insurance on sporting promotions for businesses.
