ok so the other day i was cycling and the chain got caught up in the front gears, i managed to get it free and i have adjusted the gears back to normal because they got messed up, the chain does not hit the front dérailleur on any gears but when i turn the front cranks ie. middle cog at front and big cog at rear it will make a grinding noise, its not loud but it is still there. What could this be? it happens on a few gears. any help would be appreciated. Jordan
