    id say original vw , but them aint cheap, try look in ebay or local online shops or local motorfactors. compare prices.

    I assume you are talking about the B5/B5.5 Passat front arms?

    If so then Neil is correct, genuine VW are the best. However they are far from cheap.

    The OE suppliers for the arms are Lemforder and TRW. These are available aftermarket much cheaper than genuine parts. They are good quality but I am not convinced that they are altogether the same quality as the genuine item.

    There are loads of other manufacturers of the arms who supply them cheap and make all sorts of claims as to how good they are but in my experience they are all, without exception, a complete and utter waste of time and money.

    Agree, also it is not straight fit, there is some little things to know when fitting, like before tight up bolts, wheel hub has to be rised on certain level, if not do this, it will destroy bushes way quicker.
