App to sync Samsung Galaxy S with MS Office Outlook

Hi can anyone recommend an app to help me sync the calender on MS office outlook with my phone? KIES was woefully slow doing this and now has stopped working altogether, even after a remove and reload of the programme. and in case you were wondering, no I'm not technically gifted:( thanks

Use the default email program. You can get the settings off the it guy in your company if you don't know them. It'll automatically import your emails and calendar appointments. (It does on the S2 anyway)
