I have an 09 Yaris and want to connect my ipod/mp3 with usb/3.5 jack through the stereo without an FM transmitter.
I've seen some on the net and prices are a bit mad. Any place in Ireland/UK that supply them.

Have a look on ebay, the ones that connect to the cd changer port come up every so often. I got two of the xcarlink ones for about £25 each a few weeks ago. They have the ipod dock, charge the ipod and the radio buttons change the songs. Very nice yokes.

Thanks, but there is no 3.5mm jack on the radio. I need something that will connect from the back of the radio and mount the other end somewhere around the dash or glovebox.

The xcarlink are about £80 new, but come up second hand every so often. they have the ipod and 3.5mm connection on them and the sound is very good, I just drilled a hole in the glove box and ran the cable through a rubber thing and leave the ipod in it the whole time.
Connects2 is another brand, with just the 3.5mm connection on the box so you won't be able to cycle tracks using the radio buttons, but they are only about £30 new
There are two different toyota connections depending on the age of your car, think its pre 02 is the older one, but not sure.
Installation only takes about 20mins or so once you know how to pull your radio out.
