Is it possible to get a bodykit matched to a faded/aged colour red that needs constant tlc to prevent it from turning pink?

Pop in to a good paint suppliers and they will be able to give you a good match to any colour. If you're in Dublin, Vinny Byrnes is a very good place to go but there are others. Look them up on google for their location.

To be honest I can't see why you'd want to make the kit look like paint that needs to be redone.

Have you tried getting it compounded / looked at by a professional?

Assuming you have to buy the kit, and getting it sprayed, would you not be better off saving a few more quid and getting the lot resprayed at once?

Only in for heartache / ballache if you're trying to match fading paint...
