Windows boot manger problems.

    I'll just throw this out there to see if anyone can help?
    Aspire 5740g
    Windows 7
    4gig ram bla bla bla

    Its a second hand laptop i reinstalled windows loaded it up with my s**t and have been using it for quite a while, then i turned it on one day to be greeted with .....................
    Windows boot manager window
    windows failed to start. a recent hardware...........
    file:\BOOT\boot.bin
    status: 0xc000000f
    Anyway i can choose windows 7 and it boots up. I can't rembember what i did for this to happen but i did a restored/system check...and other stuff and i can't fix it. Its just anoying having to go through this just to turn on my laptop. If anyone can, please help.
