Basically LinkedIn is a minefield when protecting your Privacy.

I have an account and I looked at the profile of a person whom I REALLy don't want to know that I was looking at their account. I turned my profile setting to anonymous and thought I was but...

Linkedin have this feature called 'viewers of this profile also viewed', where each profile you go on shows a box of names, names that people viewing that profile also viewed.

I went back on to said person's account this week, and to my horror the whole box on his page is basically all my contacts listed in it, so it can only have been me looking at his page. I worked in quite an obscure small far away company, and it is just employees of this company that are now on his page, I obviously must have been looking at them after his, before I realised it would be tracked.

I'm just mortified, this probably doesn't sound like a big deal but it is to me. The one person I wouldn't want knowing I've looked at his page. And there is basically my address book all over his page.

I definitely won't be looking Linkedin profiles again as I feel very uncomfortable about this feature. Is there an way to get this off his page?
