Do you know of any books that offer a sort of asian handicap bet on the total goals market?

Basically something along the lines of betting over 3.5 goals but you get a percentage of your stake back if there are exactly 3 goals.

Bet365 do anyways, it's called Asian goal line or just goal line.

    most bookies do,

do a bit of research before placing your bet thou, there's no return/stake back on a 3.5 bet.

im not asking about a straight 3.5 goal bet.

I was hoping for a high st bookie as it is the type of bet to get an account limited quickly imo if you hit an early run of results at odds against for the most part.

will have a look at b365.

188bet and Ladbrokes do them too.

Here are a few who generally do:

    pinnaclesports
    5dimes
    Sportbet
    10bet
    Titanbet
    12bet

Just checked yesterday on a bundesliga match.

    powers over 2.5 @ 1.73

    ladbrokes over 2.5/3 @ 1.91

if im reading that right that ladbrokes bet is worse value.

Just so im not making a mistake if there is exactly 3 goals in the ladbrokes bet and i wager E100, how much do i get back?

    €145.50 return.

€45.50 profit on the over 2.5 goals and then €50 push on the over 3 goals.

Ok. Thats better than i thought. I figured the 3 was treated the same as over 3.5. Will paper trade that bet for remainder of season to compare roi to 2.5 goals market.

Just make sure it states asian

It will be obvious from the way its written and they usually dont have an asian label on it anyway.

    Eh they usually do!

Over 3.0 is the same as over 3.5

Asian over 3.0 is not the same

Rang ladbrokes about the over 2.5/3 market and half the bet loses, not a push, if there is exactly 3 goals. What bookie offers to push the bet?

As i pointed out, its obviously not asian so

Bet365 and Betfair off the top of my head have these markets

Emailed ladbrokes to double check and now they say the second half bet is voided with exactly 3 goals.

Customer support is beyond a joke.

People won't understand over a phone when you're saying over 3 goals, they'll assume you mean over 3.5, simples.

I was very clear about which market. I said it more than once. A lot of bookies hire young girls that don't understand anything but a straight win-draw-win bet when there are many applicants who would do a better job.
