I recently had an interview with a recruitment agency re a temp position they have starting shortly. This position could be for a few weeks or a few months depending work demands in the company. At the moment I am getting the dole.
I know I have to sign off when I am working but will I be waiting for ages for money when I sign back on again.
Has anyone have experience in doing this and how did you find the dole office to deal with in this case.
I know I can sign off on line - has anyone done this?
    Thanks for your help.

When I was working at Christmas, I just dropped in my letter of employment that stated I was working from 6th Dec to 14th Dec. I then didn't know what to do after Christmas, so rang up my local SW office who told me to submit proof of finishing up the job on the 24th. A few days later I got confirmation that I could collect the dole due since the 24th. Does that make sense?
