Sanislim problem

Evening lads,

I moved into a house last year and in the ensuite the previous owners had a sanislim installed. Now i dont know much about them other than i know how it works .
However i've a feeling the motor may have gone yesterday as the water isnt draining out of toilet properly. Is there something i can do myself to fix this, or is it a case that I need a plumber to call out and install a new motor or device ??
Any help appreciated.

It is probably jammed, or a float switch problem. Saniflo will send an engineer out, or some plumbers will do it for you.

It is not that complicated, but if it's not something you've done before, you need some help.

Cheers. If its just jammed could I force it, ie with a stick !! Or is it far more complex than that.

You cannot put anything down the loo unless its been through you first, toilet paper excepted, prime suspect, wet ones, they will break down but take weeks, your best bet is a plumber or dont use for a couple of weeks but flush of a daily basis.
