Did you ask the cwo how they arrived at this figure? Have you applied for one parent family payment? If not you should do so asap. Depending on the ages of your children you may qualify. This payment takes less time than FIS to process. From what I can see from other posters FIS takes approx 20 weeks to process.
As you have asked for your hours to be reduced it is unlikely that you would meet the criteria for a jobseekers benefit or jobseekers allowance payment these payments deal with days rather than hours.

Normally you would get a written calculation from the CWO. If not, then ask for it. That will explain in detail how the calculation was arrived at.

As far as I know you're only allowed work 19.5 hours to qualify for OPF , putting down 20 hours will make you ineligible so it would be worth dropping another half hour from your working week.

Apply, apply, apply for everything you think you can qualify for. You will be waiting weeks for a decision, so the sooner you act, the better.

There is no limit on the amount of hours you can work on OFP. Your earnings just have to be less than €425 per week.

Plus you may be entitled to OPF and FIS sw will always award you the best option.

If she applies for OFP ,it wont effect her FIS payment until FIS is up for renewal again as she applied for OFP after FIS.It will be assessed as an income next time.

the maximum payment the c.w.o will give you is 245.60 188 for yourself and 29.80 for each child

you are currently getting 239.25 per week which take away from the 245.60 and you get the the 6.35

the only thing i can tell you to do is ask about an urgent needs payment its about the only payment they might give you
