Audi A4 TDI Timing Belt Cost

    Hi,

    A friend of mines been quoted €600 or a timing belt and water pump change on a 2004 A4 1.9 TDI. I think it's the 100 bhp model. Is that around the cost as it seems slightly high to me.

    Its high alright but by no means the worst I ever heard.

    The price quoted seems dear allrite. PM a guy called George Dalton he is very good and reasonable too..

    We do them for €350. It is a good idea to replace the alternator and air con belts at the same time so allow an extra €25 for those as well.
