Transfer One4all vouchers to One4all card to Virtual Visa?

    Hello

I am expecting some One4all vouchers as a gift over the next week, and although they will be appreciated I find only being able to shop in certain stores receiving no change, and not on-line where I can buy thinks cheaper and even bid on them, very inconvenient.

That said I think it might seem ungrateful if I mention it to the person I am expecting them from, especially if they have already bought them.

I know that one can transfer a One4all card to a Virtual Visa Card here, but does anyone know if I can exchange One4all vouchers for a One4all card in order to do this?

Dunno, but an arseways thought: could you use the vouchers to buy a one4all card and go about it that way?

I could try that I guess!

I was onto them anyway and they have told me I can send photocopies of the vouchers to their address in Malahide, and for a fee of €5 they will turn it into a card for me.

One thing to be aware of though is that there are actually less shops that will take the one4all card then will take the vouchers.

Why not just save the voucher and use it to buy someone else a present or gift voucher from a shop that accepts them? :)

Other way around. Less shops take the paper vouchers than the cards cos the cards are processed automatically and the vouchers ahve to be done manually (pain in the ass).

As for the OP - answer is no. One4All charge 5%-10% redemption fee, so buying another company's virtual visa for full value just wouldn't be possible.

I got one of those One4All cards this morning and registered for the virtual Visa with the One4All card. Three hours later I am still waiting for the second email they send you so you can start using the Virtual Visa.

I would'nt advise using this service. One4All has great customer support , but ixaris is very slow. ixaris is the company that does the Virtual Visa. I got the email from One4All straight away telling me I registered for the virtual visa but I havent recieved the second email I need that gives a link to register the Virtual Visa so that I can use online and this second email comes from ixaris. I found out this from One4All support who was very helpful. Its been six hours since I registered and paid for this Virtual Visa.

I'm having this problem too I think, I bought a virtual visa with my one4all card, got an email from one4all with a code, then one from virtual visa people telling me that money had been transferred, I registered an account and entered that code, then I tried to spend the money but I can't, I need a second email from the virtual visa people?

It took me two days of going back and forth to sort this out. You need to email support@entropay.com and give them the details you got with the first email and tell them you are waiting for that email with the link still. I gave them the reference number and purchase details to make sure they got it right and as proof of purchase. Dont give them your claim code though.

After this I had no problem using the service a second time.
