Issue Skoda Acceleration

Apologies gentlemen my last post was not worded correctly & my question is genuine & not trolling,

I seem to be having a problem with my car at present it’s a Skoda Felicia 00 1.3 & while driving I had the car in fifth gear and running at aprox 2500 rpm, the car was finding it difficult to accelerate between 80 kph and 100 kph, There is also a slight burning smell inside the car (Assuming Clutch) but was wondering is there any other item that the car has that could cause this problem other than the clutch?

The car is not as quick as it used to be & I have noticed that when I start the car the engine oil light on the dashboard does not seem to come on at all this was not always the case as before the service the light always appeared for a few seconds before ignition.

I have recently had the car fully serviced & also had the head gasket changed & a new exhaust back box fitted.
I have spent quite a bit of money on this car recently & any help would be greatly appreciated.

    No smart comments please ;)

    Kind Regards
    Sant1

Sounds to me like it can only be the clutch but i'm open to correction? Anyone?

Thanks! It is the Clutch problem. I have shown the car to a mechanic and he said that it is the clutch after checking. I am going to get it fix by tomorrow.
